DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Should your item be damaged in shipment, please contact us. We will create a claim on your behalf with our carriers. Please note that carriers may require that buyers submit for inspection or relinquish their goods to process a damage claim. LOST SHIPMENTS
Lost items are subject to tracking. If an item never shows delivered, we will file a claim with the carrier, on your behalf, and issue a refund when the claim is cleared, if the item cannot be found and redelivered. GLHFinc.com is not responsible for losses when carriers show a "Delivery Complete" status. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure location for the delivery of your items.
